Do you sell to consumers?
As a wholesale distributor, our customers are other businesses. If you are a consumer and are interested in any of our products, we would be very happy to help you locate a retailer nearest you. Please send us an email at email@example.com and will will reply as soon as possible.
How do I become a customer?
Signing up is easy. First, you must own or be employed by a registered business. Once you have that part taken care of, please follow our instructions on How to Set Up an Online Account. After submitting the account sign up form, a member of our staff will contact you within one business day to complete your account setup.

How do I place an order?
We have an experienced team of seasoned account managers in every province in Canada. If you're a first time customer, new to the retail food industry, planning a remodel or expansion, or just want to run some ideas or questions by someone before ordering, please let us know and we can team you up with an account manager in your area. Our sales people each have decades of experience in the food retail (many of them have decades of experience themselves), and we highly recommend working with one of our account manager for planning and seasonal purchases.

How do I sign up for an online account?
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes and no. We have a minimum $500 order for all new accounts (first time orders). This helps us cover the administrative cost of setting up a new account. It also helps ensure we get off to the right start. We have found over time that the most successful accounts with our items are those that build out an assortment of a few different items. After your first order, there is no minimum order value. As we're a wholesale distributor, please keep in mind that all orders must be for full case quantities.
Where do you ship to?
We ship just about everywhere in Canada. From St. John's to Tofino and from Sarnia to Yellowknife, we have just about the entire country covered. We won't go so far as to say that we ship "everywhere" in Canada, but we can get an order to most places across the country. If you're located in a remote area, give us a call and we' will check to see if we deliver to your location. If you sign up as a new customer and we foresee any issues in delivering to your location, we'll give you a call to confirm before shipping your order.
